Shortly after 5 p.m. on Aug. 7, four males entered a convenience store on Cranberry Crescent in Dartmouth and one man produced a handgun. Two customers were assaulted during the robbery. The suspects fled with an amount of cash and cigarettes up a pathway to Wamphrey Crescent where one of the men assaulted a man walking down the path. None of the victims involved suffered life-threatening injuries. The suspects were described as four black males (one possibly white), all wearing black hoodies with their faces covered by red and blue bandannas.
