Police Briefs - At 12:35 p.m. Saturday, a man was walking in the parking lot of an apartment building on Primrose Street in Dartmouth when he was approached and assaulted by another man known to him. The suspect took the victim's cell phone and demanded other items from the victim. The victim was able to escape. He received minor injuries during this incident. The matter remains under investigation.
