It's too bad Joanie Veitch's article in last week's Weekly News (Not everyone happy to see Hooters banner) was so one-sided.
It's no surprise restaurant owners on Main Street would badmouth Hooters. Now they will lose some business to Hooters or any new restaurant. Have any of them been to a Hooters? Have you for that matter?
Yes, the girls wear orange shorts and tank tops. They also wear panty hose and are not falling out of their shirts.
The last time I was in Boston Pizza; most servers were wearing tight-fitting shirts.
Hooters may have created problems with City Hall, but they won't hurt the street.
More business, more jobs. If the food is no good, people won't go.
