Re: How to prepare a vegetarian-friendly Christmas dinner, The Weekly News, Dec. 19.
I just wanted to thank you for the recent article published in The Weekly News promoting a veggie Xmas feast. To say it was a refreshing change would be an understatement. I have forwarded a copy of your article to many of my friends. I'm sure they will enjoy it as well, if not already. Thank you again for writing that article.
