Hi all – I’m Kane, a sweet handsome eight month old lad. I’m an Amstaff mix with a rich black and white coat. My photo shows off the unique symmetrical black markings on my face, along with my winning smile.
I’m friendly and affectionate, and enjoy people’s company. I’m filled with puppy energy and love to romp, play and go for walks. One of my favorite things to do is play with sticks (I even posed with one!) I get along well with other dogs who share a similar high-energy play style. I know my basic commands, but as a puppy, obedience training is mandatory so I can be the best pet possible. I’m very treat-motivated, so I should be a star pupil! Because I’m a big boy, I’ll do best in a home with children 6 and up.
I was surrendered by my owners when they couldn’t properly care for me. While I’ve made friends here at the NS SPCA Provincial Animal Shelter, I dream of finding a family to fall in love with me and take me home. So, if you’re looking for a canine companion who will give you a lifetime of love, please come and meet me!
Kane has been neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, flea treated and examined by a veterinarian.
