Working in the recruitment world has completely changed my perspective on just how important it is to love what you do. When I think about how many waking hours are dedicated to work, it is pretty remarkable. Whether we are at work, travelling to work or thinking about work, we spend a significant amount of time focused on our jobs. How do you want to spend your time? Ask yourself: Are you passionate about your work? Do you feel you are maximizing your full potential? Do you work to live or live to work?
