Expect construction/accident delays in metro

HRM and the provincial Transportation department have issued notices about several road construction projects that could result in traffic delays.

Fairview Overpass: Construction on the Fairview overpass will begin on Monday, Oct. 5. While up to three lanes will stay open to drivers during construction, delays can be expected, particularly during peak hours. Drivers may want to consider alternate routes or travel times during the construction period.
