Motorists are advised to stay off the streets

Halifax Regional Police are currently responding to numerous complaints regarding downs trees, branches and powerlines. Motorists are advised to stay off the streets to allow emergency crews to clear up the fallen debris and resume normal functions. Also for those that are on the roads, exercise extreme caution.
