This morning, Sept. 14, at 7:46 a.m., a 21-year-old female notified the RCMP after she witnessed a man masturbating in his car on Smokey Drive near a local school.
The suspect is described as male, in his 60's, grey hair, with no notable markings or disfigurations. The vehicle is described as a large grey four-door car. The first character of the license plate was "E".
Police are asking anyone with information about this incident or any other unsolved crime to come forward.
