Dartmouth man, 56, facing indecent act charges

A man faces charges in connection with an indecent act reported this afternoon in Dartmouth.

At 2:20 p.m. on Sept. 14,, police responded to a call of a man masturbating while sitting on a bench at Maynard Lake Park, which is at the corner of Portland Street and Lakefront Road. Responding members located and arrested the suspect nearby.

Robert F. Burke, 56, of Dartmouth, faces a charge of ‘Indecent Act’ and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date. Conditions of his release include remaining away from parks and school grounds and having no contact with children under the age of sixteen unless supervised.

    I wonder if that's the same guy that was reported in Sackville on Smokey Drive before 8 a.m. this morning right by an elementary school...same description
