Halifax man facing child porn charges

A man faces pornography-related charges after a search this morning, Sept. 21, in Halifax.

Shortly after 6 a.m., investigators conducted a search of an apartment in the 6000 block of Lady Hammond Road. A man was arrested without incident and officers seized computers and other computer related items.

Thirty-two-year-old Luke Freeman Morrison is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court on Oct. 31. He faces three charges of accessing, possessing and distributing child pornography.
