Middle Sackville man facing child porn charges

Members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police/Halifax Regional Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit arrested and charged a man after a search in Middle Sackville.

Earlier this morning, Sept. 28, police executed a search warrant at a residence on Fenerty Road in Middle Sackville. Seized at the residence were computer equipment and media storage devices containing digital pornographic images of children under the age of 18.

Joseph Kenneth Fenwick, 34-years-old, of Middle Sackville was arrested and charged with Distribution of Child Pornography. He is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court this afternoon.
