GREENSTONE, Ont. – Police in Ontario have arrested a man wanted in an alleged confinement of a 16-year-old boy in Nova Scotia.

The Ontario Provincial Police say they’ve arrested 47-year-old David James Leblanc in northern Ontario.

The RCMP in Nova Scotia began an investigation last week after a woman reported that a teenager arrived at her doorstep in Lunenburg County chained at his wrists and ankles.

Police are also looking for 31-year-old Wayne Alan Cunningham.
