Man facing sex assault-related charges in Fenwick Street incident

An adult male will be appearing in Halifax court today, Oct. 4, facing charges of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault with a weapon, break and enter, forcible confinement and overcoming resistance to the commission of an offense (choking) in relation to a sexual assault in a Fenwick Street residence yesterday.
