Police seeking help locating hit-and-run vehicle

Halifax Regional Police is requesting the public’s help in locating a vehicle involved in a hit and run collision that occurred in Dartmouth.

Sometime between Dec. 13 at 6 p.m. and Dec. 14 at 6:45 a.m., a vehicle collided with a parked pickup truck on Montebello Drive. From the evidence collected at the scene, it appears that the run vehicle was travelling eastbound on Montebello Drive. The run vehicle is believed to be a newer (2012-2013) Honda Accord or Civic, white in color, with extensive damage to the front and passenger side.

Police is urging anyone with information on this incident to contact Halifax Regional Police at 490-5020.
