Missing Eastern Passage woman located

Arlene Whiffen of Eastern Passage was located in Halifax last night, Jan. 14, and is safe.

Yesterday at 12:41 p.m., Halifax District RCMP members in Cole Harbour received a report that Whiffen was missing. She was last seen around noon by a friend when she left in her truck from a residence on Samuel Danial Drive. She had not been seen or heard from since.
