Police identify remains found in Halifax Harbour this morning

Halifax Regional Police received a call at 9:17 a.m. after DND personnel observed the body of an adult female on the Halifax shoreline under the MacDonald Bridge. The remains have been positively identified as 31-year-old Robin Armstrong.

Armstrong was reported missing on Jan. 11. Foul play is not suspected in her death.
