Forecasts are showing five to 10 cm of snow ending late this afternoon. HRM’s overnight winter parking ban will be enforced overnight tonight, Jan. 22, from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. Residents area asked to ensure their vehicle is off the street and not interfering with snow clearing operations.
