The medical examiner has ruled the death of a Dartmouth man as accidental.

At 4:13 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 11, Halifax Regional Police responded to a residence on Chebogue Lane following a call regarding the death of a man. The death was originally deemed suspicious.

As a result of the investigation and the medical examiner’s findings, it was determined that no foul play was involved and that the death was accidental. The man’s name will not be released.
