A 21-year-old female was walking on Agricola Street between West Street and Cunard Street in the early morning hours, between 1:50 a.m. and 2:05 a.m. yesterday, Feb. 13. As she was walking, a lone male standing on the sidewalk called out to her that he would telephone a taxi for her. As she approached this male he grabbed her, pushed her up against the wall of a building and sexual assaulted her. The female was able to break free from the male and run away. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 24 years of age, five-foot-ten in height, with medium length light brown hair with some scruff on his face. At the time of the incident, he was wearing jeans and a black jacket.
