Wanted man arrested in Timberlea

Halifax Regional Police received information today, Feb. 14, that Michael David Patterson was believed to be at an address in Halifax District RCMP jurisdiction. Acting on the information, RCMP went to an apartment building on St. Margaret’s Bay Road in Timberlea at noon and arrested him without incident.

Patterson, 29, was paroled from prison late last year. On Feb. 11, a Canada Wide Parole Warrant was issued for his arrest after he walked away from a halfway house in Halifax.
