All candidates forum, District 12

There will be an 'All Candidates Forum' for the new District 12 on Monday, Sept. 17 starting at 7 p.m. at the Keshen Goodman Library 330 Lacewood Drive, corner of Thomas Raddall Drive. This is an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the new district and the candidates that are offering in the election.

If you live in Wedgewood, Sherwood Heights, Glenbourne, Clayton Park West, Mount Royale, Beechville, Lakeside and Timberlea, then you are part of the new district. Some possible topics that might be of interest to you for this session are Public Transportation, Active Transportation, Public Safety, Community Engagement, Diversity, Communications and Planning, Taxes, Budget.

You can join Friends of Clayton Park in this information event. It is advised that you come early, as seating is limited. You can find your new district online at www.Halifax.ca
