The Team: Dartmouth United Under 12A Soccer Team

The Buzz: The team captured gold at the Provincial Championships earlier this month. They defeated Halifax City in a nail biter of a final that went 0-0 in regulation and extra time forcing a shoot out. Dartmouth's Riley Gillespie-Friessen did not allow a single goal in five shots, and Meghan Johnston scored the winner. The team went undefeated in all four games over the weekend.

The Roster: Back row left - Coach Katie Aucoin, Alexandra Nuyens, Laura Warnell, Julia Dorey, Meggie Rennie, Jessica Russell, Sarah Howlett, Olyvia Serroull, Manager Mike Johnston, Coach Wade Were. Front row left - Meghan Johnston, Charlotte Courtney, Lea MacLeod, Riley Gillespie-Friessen, Tiffany Hill, Mary Were, Alison Brien.
