Dartmouth man charged with child pornography offences

A Dartmouth man faces charges as a result of a search conducted this morning by members of the HRP/RCMP Integrated Internet Child Exploitation Unit.
Members of the Unit executed a search warrant just after 6 a.m. at a Cloverfield Court residence in Dartmouth. Evidence, including three computers and two laptops, was seized. Fifty-one-year-old Earl James of Dartmouth was arrested without incident subsequent to the search.
James is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court at a later date to face charges of accessing, possessing and distributing child pornography.
