To the editor;
As a resident of Williamswood, I have served on the Harrietsfield/Williamswood/Sambro Transit Committee for the past two years.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank Coun. Stephen Adams for his diligence and hard work that brought the Metro Transit service to our fruition.
It appears that this new route is very successful with a large number of people using it. By not having transit service in our community created hardship for many residences as it made it difficult for them to travel to work, get groceries or doctor's appointment.
Again, I would like to thank our councillor, Stephen Adams for his endeavours to make this new transit route a reality.
